Cherease is a multi-hyphenated artist who has been following her passion for theater since she was born and raised in Houston, TX. She studied Chemical & Biomolecular Engineering and Theater Arts at Johns Hopkins University, and now works a Quality Engineer during the day and rehearses for her next show in the evenings. Cherease is an actor who loves to take on challenging roles and bring misunderstood characters to life. She is particularly drawn to stories based on underrepresented communities, and desires to share her unique life experiences to hopefully inspire others to find a sense of belonging through art.
